Delivery was slower then suggested but I can't fault the trike apart from the seat could have been comfier. As a newly disabled person this trike has given me some of my freedom back. It takes a bit to feel balanced on but as you don't need to peddle to get going and it has a reverse I'd highly recommend it especially to anyone who suffers from mobility or fatigue issues. I managed approximately 55km before charging was required and it has a great rear cargo cage
