Good value for money and arrived on the dates promised well packed. Took some time for assembly but a very solid made item. I have used the bike a couple of times now and found it very easy riding uphills when using pedal assist. However I noticed a rubbing sound from the front wheel. After removing and reseating the wheel it seemed to sort the problem. I'm guessing by putting the front wheel axle back onto the forks the disc had not been centered within the brakes hence the rubbing.

So far, no negative points at all. Only had a week but ridden several times. Simple to assemble, lovely and comfortable to ride, feels very well made, and I love the electric assistance. I live on the top of a hill, so every time I used to come home on my old bike I hated getting to the bottom of my road. But Now it flies up the hill like a breeze. I am so glad I brought this bike, a lot of bike for the money.

Venía muy bien empaquetada. La caja llegó sin un solo golpe, ni rotura. El envío fue rápido. La bici la envían desde Alemania, no hubo ningún pago extra, ni aduanas, ni nada por el estilo. El producto es excelente calidad. Cumple con toda la información descrita. Es potente no, lo siguiente, cómoda, fácil de montar, ruedas impresionantes, sillón cómodo. Alcanza la velocidad máxima descrita en cero coma. Vi un vídeo por YouTube en el que comentaban las funciones y características de esta bici y no le llegó la luz trasera, a nosotros si no llegó, no se enciende al frenar, va con batería propia por cargar de USB. Perfecta bici. Nos ha encantado. Un 10 con el envío, otro para el fabricante. Nada mas hacer el pedido, recibes un email con instrucciones de montaje en tu idioma y a los pocos días de recibir la bici, he recibido un WhatsApp pidiéndome una valoración y una foto de la misma, al WhatsApp, para poder ascender a un regalo, a elegir,que me enviaran en los próximos días. Me parece un trato al cliente genial. Les contacte para informarme de donde podría compra otra batería de repuesto y me contestaron rápido y eficientemente. Siento no poder decir nada malo y que parezca que tengo algo que ver con esta empresa, pero ni mucho más lejos. Podéis estar seguros de que soy una clienta de Amazon muy satisfecha con esta compra. Llego en el plazo . E hecho 100 kilómetros y todo bien,sube cuestas con facilidad. Para mi opinión le faltaría un piñón más pequeño y los frenos no va acorde con con la bici . La bicicleta pesa 31 kg más yo 83kg, con este peso le falta frenada. Con mi otra bicicleta freno y las ruedas se bloquean
