Purchased an ebike and found the saddle clamp to very a inexpensive design that is difficult to work with. The original seat post clamp only allowed for coarse saddle position adjustments. This seat post is very sturdy (for a heavier rider) and the saddle clamp allows for fine adjustment of the saddle position. It's a Win-Win!
