I bought these to augment my gravel bikepacking setup - they provide lots more attachment possibilities for gear, and different grip positions & postures for those long days in the saddle. Their simple universal fitting & fixings make these bars very adjustable on any handlebars with a suitable mounting location, so they'll work pretty well for anybody. Unfortunately with only a single fixing bolt for each forearm cup, they're liable to spin or swivel regardless of how well you tighten them, so I refrained from attaching the sticky foam pads on them in order to keep those bolts accessible. I don't spend much time in full "aero tuck" so there's been no issue with comfort. Solid performance, good value.
